New Delhi: The weather of entire North and North West India including Delhi NCR is going to change within the next 24 hours. According to the Meteorological Department, due to the effect of Western Disturbance, rain and showers can be seen in the states of North India and North West India with thunder and lightning. The rainy season will continue in the mountains and conditions of snowfall can be created on high peaks. Light rain and thunder can be seen in many districts of Uttar Pradesh. Whereas there are chances of rain in Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, Rajasthan till 3-4 February.
Talking about the weather of the next 24 hours, dense fog can be seen in many areas of Delhi NCR, Punjab and Uttar Pradesh. The fog period has been continuing since Saturday night. Fog was also seen in Haryana on Friday night. However, due to this change in the weather, there is no possibility of increase in cold at present. According to the Meteorological Department, there is no possibility of a sudden drop in temperature in the near future.
According to the Meteorological Department, due to the change in weather for the next 2-3 days, fog will remain in Punjab, Chandigarh and Haryana. Fog may persist in Bihar, Odisha, Assam and Meghalaya till February 3. At the same time, there is no possibility of major change in the weather in the western Himalayan regions during the next two days, that is, only a drop of 2-3 degrees can be seen in the temperature. However, there are chances of an increase in temperature in the next few days. Due to the change in weather in North India, a drop of 2-3 degrees in temperature can be seen.
According to the Meteorological Department, a change can also be seen in the weather of Delhi and surrounding areas. This change will remain from February 3 to February 5. During this time, clouds and fog are likely to remain in Delhi NCR. Also, on February 3 and 4, light rain with thunder can be seen in many areas of Delhi NCR. Western disturbance is being said to be the reason behind this change in Delhi’s weather.
