Ayodhya: The construction work of the grand Ram temple being built in Ayodhya is still going on. At the same time, grand preparations are also being made for the annual celebration of Ramlala’s Prana Pratishtha, this festival will be three days long. The annual celebration of the Lord’s sitting in the grand palace will be held on Paush Shukla Dwitiya and religious rituals will be held at five places for the annual celebration of Prana Pratishtha of Ramlala.
Full information about this program has been given by Champat Rai, General Secretary of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Ayodhya Dham Trust and Central Vice President of Vishwa Hindu Parishad. Champat Rai said that the first year of Ram Mandir Prana Pratishtha is on Paush Shukla Dwadashi 11 January 2025 and there is a three-day program for this. Programs will be held at 5 different places on 11, 12 and 13 January. The first place is the Yagya Mandap in which the public will not be able to go, only those whom we invite will be able to go.
Champat Rai said that the second place is the inside part of the Ram Janmabhoomi temple, not the premises of the temple, only the temple. Only those who are invited will be able to go. The third place is the Yatri Suvidha Kendra and the fourth place is the courtyard of Angad Tila, the whole society can come to Angad Tila without any restriction. A new road has been built before Shri Ram Hospital to go to the courtyard of Angad Tila, Angad Tila is there and we will have three to four types of programs there.
Madhyanjini branch, Shukra Yajurveda has 40 chapters, 1975 mantras, with each mantra the fire god will be offered swaha. This will happen from 8 am to 11 am. Then there will be 3 hours from 2 pm to 5 pm, six hours per day, i.e. 2000 mantras will be chanted and aahutis will be done in 18 hours. 11 Vedic Acharyas will start the homa of Agnidevta from Shukra Yajurveda.
During this period, Hanuman Chalisa, Ram Raksha Stotra, Purush Sukta, Shri Sukta, Aditya Hridaya Stotra, Vishnu Sahasranama and Lord Ram’s Beej Mantra will be recited. Twenty-one Brahmins will do this work for six hours every day, three hours in the morning and three hours in the evening and this will happen in two periods. Parayan of six lakh Ram’s Beej Mantra is a part of the premises of the Yagya Mandap.
In the Ram temple, from 3 pm to 5 pm, Rag Seva will be presented to the Lord for three days. There will be singers to play and one day, a person of national fame will come. A person of provincial level fame will come and a local singer, instrumentalist, they will offer their songs to the Lord. There will also be a local, a provincial level and an All India level.
From 6 pm to 9 pm, there will be congratulations to the Lord and there will be congratulations donation to Ramlala. Visitors are allowed to sit inside the premises, where you can keep your mobile, shoes etc. It is called Yatri Suvidha Kendra, it has the first floor. There are about a thousand chairs, people always come and sit and relax. There is a water facility in it and a screen is also installed. There is also a facility of toilet etc. Anyone can come and relax no matter how long he sits.
Champat Rai said that a list is being prepared to invite those saints who could not be invited on the occasion of Praan Pratishtha or who could not come due to some reason. Efforts are being made to include 50 householders associated with the society in the annual festival of Praan Pratishtha. Efforts are being made to show the construction work of Ramlala’s complex to the saints of Ayodhya one day.
