Senior leaders did not attend the big meeting of MP Congress

Bhopal: A big meeting of the State Congress Committee was held in Madhya Pradesh under the chairmanship of Jeetu Patwari. In this meeting held in the State Congress office, many big issues including cornering the government were discussed. While recently Jeetu Patwari’s new team has also been formed, in such a situation, Congress can now also assign different responsibilities to its leaders. Congress state in-charge Bhanwar Jitendra Singh has also attended this meeting. The special thing is that some big leaders of the party did not attend this big meeting of Congress held in Bhopal on the first day. Which is also being discussed in political corridors.

In fact, after becoming the state president, Jeetu Patwari’s team has been formed after a long wait. 24 days ago, the 177-member executive of Madhya Pradesh Congress was announced, in which many senior leaders have also got important responsibilities. In such a situation, today’s meeting is considered important, because in this, there has been a discussion on cornering the Mohan government in the coming time and working on other issues including farmers. Jeetu Patwari has also asked the leaders to raise the issues of their respective areas.

The special thing is that once again many big leaders have not attended this meeting of Madhya Pradesh Congress. In fact, half of the members of the Political Affairs Committee did not reach the meeting, out of 25 members, 12 members did not reach the meeting, including former CM Kamal Nath, Digvijay Singh, Leader of Opposition Umang Singhar, Ajay Singh, Govind Singh, Arun Yadav, Kamleshwar Patel, Phool Singh Baraiya, Neetu Singh Sikarwar, Praveen Pathak, Bala Bachchan and Shobha Ojha did not attend. However, when state in-charge Bhanwar Jitendra Singh was questioned about this, he said that some leaders would join virtually.

Before the meeting, Congress state in-charge Bhanwar Jitendra Singh said, ‘There is a meeting of the Political Affairs Committee, how to work at the grassroots level, block, it will be discussed. There will also be brainstorming on political issues. Because the promises made by the BJP government in the state have not been fulfilled. There is also a meeting of the permanent invitees and the first meeting of the state executive will be held, responsibilities will be given to the officials.’

In fact, Congress is now seen talking about preparing to surround the BJP under the leadership of Jeetu Patwari. Everyone’s eyes will also be on the results of Vijaypur and Budhni by-elections. But there is also a discussion in political circles about the absence of big leaders in the meeting of the state Congress working committee.
