Bhopal: Wakf Amendment Bill has been introduced in Lok Sabha, it will be discussed in the House for 8 hours. In Anandpura and Kokta areas of the city, Muslim women wearing burqa came out on the streets with roses in their hands. The women were carrying placards written ‘Thank you, Modi ji’ and ‘We support Modi ji’. At the same time, celebrations were also held near Hathai Kheda Dam in Bhopal.

On the Waqf Amendment Bill, Minister Vishwas Sarang said that a few millionaires and billionaires have captured the Waqf Board and are misleading the Muslim community by spreading baseless propaganda.
