Ruckus in posh society of Ghaziabad… Attack by goons over construction of boundary wall, misbehaved with women and elderly

Ghaziabad: Ruckus broke out over construction in posh high rise society located in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. Here outside goons attacked Saya Zenith Society. Actually, the people of the society say that the construction work of boundary wall outside the society was going on as per the order of Ghaziabad Development Authority. During this time, about a dozen goons suddenly reached there and started misbehaving with the people living in the society. There was a fight and quarrel with the people. The people of the society also got scared by this.

During this time a JCB machine was working for the construction of boundary wall. When all this happened in the evening, there were a large number of women and elderly people there. The accused goons who reached the society were aggressive. Due to the wisdom of the people, the outsiders were taken out of the society in time and the gate of the society was closed.

Actually, the dispute between the people of Saya Zenith Society and the builder is not new. This matter has been going on for the last decade. People say that this boundary wall was to be built by the builder, but when the builder did not take any action despite the repeated requests of the people, the Apartment Owners Association sought cooperation from GDA. GDA ordered the construction of the boundary wall on April 1 in a legal manner.

After this, on the evening of April 25, when the work was going on, the goons attacked the people in the presence of the police, due to which the work had to be stopped. The police has said that information is being gathered regarding the permission. After getting the information, the work of the boundary wall started again on Saturday morning under police protection.

The society’s president Namita Jain said that most of the residents want to get the boundary wall built due to concern for their safety and to stop the entry of anti-social elements. After a long fight, we also got the order issued from GDA, but some anti-social elements are stopping us from doing so and are openly fighting.
