New Delhi: Yoga Guru Baba Ramdev has reacted to poet Kumar Vishwas’ jibe at salt. He has said that unless Vishwas says two or four things, how will his business run. He has also clarified that he is not angry with the poet’s words. Actually, during a program, Vishwas gave a presentation on Patanjali salt.
Baba Ramdev, who arrived at a program, said, ‘When his father comes home, he scolds him and tells him to stop speaking ill about Baba. His mother is my devotee. His father is my devotee. When he comes in front of me, he comes with folded hands. Unless he says two or four things, how will his business run.’ He also refused to answer the poet.
Kumar Vishwas had said, ‘Bought their salt during Navratri. They sell their product in such a way that if you don’t buy from them, you resign from Sanatan. It was written on the salt packet that salt extracted from 25 lakh years old Himalayas. People get emotional and start drawing pictures. People think how Baba must have climbed up with his dhoti raised. How he must have extracted salt with a shovel. Balkrishna ji must be standing behind with a basket.’
He said, ‘It was written on top that salt extracted from 25 lakh years old Himalayas. It was written below that 7 February.’ On being asked about his displeasure, Baba Ramdev said that he is not angry. He said, ‘Those who get angry are not Maharaj.’
