October 29, 2024

Indore: Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the ESIC hospital built at a cost of Rs 350 crore in Nandanagar, Indore on Tuesday. Prime Minister Modi, who joined the ceremony virtually, said that this time Diwali is historic. After five hundred years, such an opportunity has come that Ram came to his home in Ayodhya. The temple will be lit up with thousands of lamps. Earlier, Ram returned to Ayodhya after 14 years.

Let us tell you that the hospital built at a cost of Rs 350 crore in Nanda Nagar, Indore has been inaugurated. This 500-bed hospital will provide modern medical facilities. Apart from OPD, MRI, sonography, X-ray departments have been built. Patients admitted in the hospital will also be given food twice a day. Minister Prahlad Patel, Tulsi Silavat, MP Shankar Lalwani, Mayor Pushyamitra Bhargava, MLA Ramesh Mendola were also present during the inauguration of the insurance hospital.

PM Modi said that this time this wait is being completed after 500 years. The Prime Minister said that New India is giving its ancient experience to the world. Many countries of the world are adopting Ayurveda treatment. He said that the Central Government is connecting technology with health care, so that health services can be improved. We are from a background where there was tension when a family member fell ill. Land and jewellery were sold to treat serious illness. I cannot see the helplessness of not getting treatment due to lack of money, so Ayushman Bharat Yojana was born. Therefore, we decided that the government will bear the cost of Rs 5 lakh for the treatment of the poor. A scheme to help people overcome crisis has never been made before. This scheme is being expanded. Now people above 70 years of age will get free treatment in the hospital. Ayushman age card will be made for those elderly people. This scheme is for people of all income groups.

Urban Administration Minister Kailash Vijayvargiya said that there was a hospital here even 40 years ago, but there were no facilities. Patients were given cheap medicines here. Critical patients were referred to MY Hospital, but during the Modi government it was converted into a modern hospital. This will also indirectly provide employment to the people of the area.
