The community has claimed that there was a temple some time ago on the vacant land. It has also been said that there was a tree here, which was cut down by people of another community. In such a situation, the community has also demanded to start worship on the vacant land as before. Let us tell you that after the Sambhal violence, a police post is also being constructed right in front of the Jama Masjid. There is an empty ground adjacent to the place where the post is being constructed.
On November 24, violence broke out during the measurement in Jama Masjid. Now a new police post is being built in the vacant ground in front of the same mosque. The district administration has marked the place for this. The digging of the foundation for the construction of the police post has started. The post will be named ‘Satyavrat Police Post’. It is believed that in the Satyuga, the name of Sambhal was Satyavrat Nagar, so this police post will be named after the mythological name of Sambhal. At present, heavy police force has been deployed around. RAF contingent has also been deployed. So that peace and order is maintained.
Let us tell you that so far 47 people have been arrested and 91 people have been identified in the Sambhal violence case. Four people died in this violence. Additional Superintendent of Police Shrish Chandra said that the people arrested on Tuesday have been identified as Shoaib, Sujauddin, Rahat, Mohammad Azam, Azharuddin, Javed and Mustafa. Other accused involved in this incident are being searched. Several teams have been formed for this. 11 FIRs have been registered in connection with this violence.
