Bhopal. During the recent hearing in the Madhya Pradesh High Court, a lawyer said something that shocked everyone. The lawyer said, there is a spectacle going on in this court for 4 hours. The lawyer claimed to be harassed and said, the pendency of cases is increasing here and we are being harassed. Along with this, he also commented on the judges. He said, look at the condition of the judges and what happened in Delhi should also be seen. At the same time, the court has called it contempt and said to take necessary action.
According to the report of Bar and Bench, the bench of Justice Anuradha Shukla said that the lawyer’s comment was insulting and contemptuous. He directed that the matter be placed before the Chief Justice for necessary action. In its order dated March 22, the court said, it is clear that the lawyer is making derogatory and contemptuous comments against this court, therefore it would be appropriate that a copy of this order be placed before the Chief Justice for necessary action. With this, the court adjourned the hearing of the case.
According to the order, this incident happened when the lawyer P.C. Paliwal, on behalf of the appellants, argued in the court for some time. However, later he expressed displeasure over the case being dragged. He said, I do not want to argue my case here. Send it to another bench.

The High Court judges say elsewhere that appoint a new judge but look at the condition of the judges, what happened in Delhi should also be seen. He further said, I will speak to Mohan Yadav this evening. This case has been heard 20 times. The number came with great difficulty. I do not want to argue my case here.
