Bhopal: A new revelation has been made in the case of former RTO constable Saurabh Sharma. Actually, an Innova car loaded with 52 kg gold and cash was recovered in the forest of Mendori, the person who took it there and parked it has been identified. Apart from this, a record of recovery from the transport check post has also been found in the diary seized from Saurabh’s house. Let us tell you that Lokayukta had first raided Saurabh Sharma’s house, after which ED raided Saurabh and his relatives in Bhopal, Jabalpur and Gwalior. Meanwhile, Income Tax Department officials recovered a car from the forest in Bhopal, which had 52 kg gold and 10 crore rupees in cash.
Income Tax investigation is going on around this. In this investigation, the Income Tax Department has got important information after getting several CCTV footages. On the basis of CCTV, the entire route of the car from Arera Colony to the jungle of Mendori is now with the Income Tax Department. Apart from this, it has also become clear that the car was not taken to the jungle alone, but in a convoy of 3 vehicles. That car was registered in the name of Chetan Gaur. Chetan has already told the Income Tax Department that the gold and cash found in the car belonged to Saurabh.
Now the connection of the car laden with gold and cash found in the jungle with Saurabh Sharma is completely clear to the Income Tax Department. Apart from this, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) has also investigated the benami properties found with Saurabh, his relatives and associates. The Income Tax Department has now started the process of attaching the properties.
Extortion was done from check posts, diary is revealing the secret!
On the other hand, the investigating agencies have found the details of the accounts of transport posts from Saurabh Sharma’s house, which is recorded in several diaries. These mention the daily extortion from several check posts in Madhya Pradesh. Apart from the diaries, the agencies have also found several technical evidences, which are being investigated.
Meanwhile, on Saturday, an alleged list went viral on social media, in which the names of transport posts are written below along with words like TM and TC and the amount is written next to it. Whether the amount is in thousands, lakhs or crores is not in the list. It is being speculated that the TM written in the list may mean Transport Minister and TC may mean Transport Commissioner. However, no investigating agency has authorized this list at the moment. The Lokayukta, who first raided Saurabh’s house, has also denied having any knowledge of such a list.
