MP: 15-year-old girl gang-raped in Indore, two including a minor arrested

Indore. Two people have been detained in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, on charges of gangraping a 15-year-old girl and making a video of her. Police officials gave this information on Thursday.

DCP Vinod Kumar Meena said that the girl had a dispute with one of her boyfriends. He told that the minor boy and the 19-year-old youth allegedly involved in the gangrape are friends of her boyfriend.

He told that on November 4, both the accused took the girl with them to a room in Malharganj police station area by deceiving her that they would make her friends with her male friend again. Meena told that the girl already knew both the boys, so she trusted them and went with them.

Another police officer, quoting the statement of the victim girl, said that both the boys took her to the room and gangraped her. During this, the accused also made a video of the girl. The DCP said that based on the girl’s complaint, a case has been registered and the accused have been taken into custody and investigation is underway.
