Maulana Shahabuddin came back in support of the amended bill, said- Waqf properties will be mafia free

New Delhi. The government is bringing an amendment bill in the Parliament for Waqf properties. Barelvi Ulama are waiting for the approval of this amendment bill. National President of All India Muslim Jamaat Maulana Shahabuddin has again come in support of the bill. He said that if the bill is implemented, the Waqf properties will be mafia free. On Sunday, he released a video with a press note and supported the implementation of the new bill.

Maulana Mufti Shahabuddin Razvi Barelvi, while reacting to the statement of Home Minister Amit Shah, said that if the Waqf Amendment Bill is passed in the new session of Parliament in the coming days, then Muslims will welcome it. Maulana said that the Waqf Amendment Bill will protect the land property of Waqf and the land mafia will be tightened. Our elders had made the land Waqf so that poor, weak and helpless Muslims would be helped. Imams of mosques and madrasas would be paid salaries. Religious and religious works would be done. But instead of doing all this, the people of the Waqf Board started selling the Waqf lands in collusion with land mafias. Due to which property worth billions of rupees was wasted. Poor Muslims could not get any benefit from this.

Maulana further said that we support the Waqf Amendment Bill because if this law is implemented then it will benefit poor Muslims and orphan children, we will get rid of Waqf land mafias, and the arbitrariness of the Waqf Board will be curbed.
