Major accident in Hathras, 15 people died due to collision

Hathras: A bus and a loader collided in a horrific road accident in Hathras, Uttar Pradesh. The passengers sitting in both the vehicles have suffered serious injuries in the horrific collision. 15 people died on the spot in the accident while 18 are said to be injured. After receiving information about the accident, the police reached the spot and with the help of local people, the bodies of the injured and the dead were taken to the hospital with the help of ambulance.

According to the information, this accident happened on Hathras-Agra-Algadh National Highway. Here, a bus and a loading vehicle collided horribly near Meetai village on Bhus Ka Nagla bypass of Chandapa police station area. There were about 25-30 people in the loading vehicle who were returning after eating a feast from Mukand Kheda of Sasni police station area. There were many passengers in the bus as well. All those who were riding in the loader are said to be residents of Saimla village of Khandauli.


Most of the dead include people travelling in the loading vehicle. The dead and injured also include women and children. After getting information about the accident, DM Ashish Kumar and SP Nipun Agarwal reached the spot. They have instructed the health department officials to provide proper treatment to the injured in the hospital. The people travelling in the loading vehicle have suffered losses in the accident. Some people travelling in the bus have suffered minor injuries.

According to officials, 15 people have died in the accident so far, while 18 people have been injured. Out of these, the condition of 8 people remains more serious. The injured and the dead have been brought to District Hospital Hathras. Treatment of the injured has been started. While 8 seriously injured people have been referred to Medical College Aligarh.
