Vijaypur: After the victory of Congress in Vijaypur by-election, the party leaders are looking excited. This is the reason why PCC Chief Jeetu Patwari has now raised the demand for another by-election in the state. Actually, he has demanded the removal of Nirmala Sapre, who won the election on a Congress ticket from Bina Assembly Seat. Because Nirmala Sapre had joined BJP, but she has not yet resigned from the membership of the Assembly, in such a situation, Jeetu Patwari has talked about legal action against her.
When PCC Chief Jeetu Patwari was questioned about MLA Nirmala Sapre, he said, ‘Congress will take legal action against Bina MLA Nirmala Sapre. Because she has not left the post of MLA. We demand that Nirmala Sapre be removed and a by-election be held in Bina.’ This statement of PCC Chief Jeetu Patwari is being considered important.
Jeetu Patwari said that in the by-election, the farmers of Budhni have given a message to the government that the public is with us. We will go to Budhni as well as Vijaypur to thank the public and from there we will start the movement again, all the mandis in the state will be surrounded. We have got the fruit of the movement we did earlier in Budhni and Vijaypur. It is being told that the Congress can take legal action against Bina MLA Nirmala Sapre before the winter session of the Assembly. It is believed that a letter can also be written to the Speaker of the Assembly in this regard.
Actually, there is confusion about MLA Nirmala Sapre, who won the election on a Congress ticket from Bina assembly seat in Madhya Pradesh. Because during the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, she joined the BJP in front of CM Mohan in a meeting. But she has neither formally taken membership of BJP nor has formally resigned from the membership of the Legislative Assembly. In such a situation, Nirmala Sapre is a Congress MLA on paper and in the assembly, but outside she participates in BJP programs. In such a situation, Congress is now showing a tough stand against her. It is believed that Congress can also create a ruckus over her in the winter session.
Actually, recently the results of by-elections held in two assembly seats of Madhya Pradesh, Budhni and Vijaypur, have come. In which Congress has won in Vijaypur. The special thing is that here Congress candidate Mukesh Malhotra has defeated BJP candidate and former minister Ramniwas Rawat. From PCC chief Jeetu Patwari to all the Congress leaders had worked hard on this seat, in such a situation Congress seems excited with the victory in Vijaypur. Apart from this, Congress also reduced the margin of defeat from 1 lakh to 13 thousand in Budhni assembly seat. Due to which Congress is now demanding by-election on Bina assembly seat as well.
