ISIS Kashmir sent an email threatening to kill Gautam Gambhir

New Delhi. A big news has come out about the head coach of the Indian cricket team, Gautam Gambhir. He has received a death threat. It is being told that the threat was sent to Gambhir through email. Where a person had written only three words – I kill you. Gambhir immediately informed the police about this email and officially lodged a complaint. Seeing the seriousness of the matter, Delhi Police has immediately become active. According to the initial investigation, this threat has been given by ISIS Kashmir.

According to police officials, efforts are being made to identify the sender of the email. For this, the cyber cell team is trying to track the email and is investigating the matter intensively through technical analysis. It is not yet clear who sent this email and from where.

On the other hand, Gautam Gambhir’s office informed that Gautam Gambhir has received death threats from ‘ISIS Kashmir’. On Wednesday, he contacted Delhi Police and complained about registering an FIR in this matter. Along with this, he has also demanded to increase the security of his family.

Gambhir has received threats earlier too
Given the seriousness of the threat, Delhi Police is investigating the matter deeply and necessary steps are being taken for the safety of Gautam Gambhir and his family. According to media reports, Gautam Gambhir received threats twice through email on April 22, once in the afternoon and the other in the evening. Both mails had only three words written: “I Kill U (You)”. This is not the first time Gambhir has received such threats. In November 2021, when he was an MP, he had also received a similar mail.

Condemned the Pahalgam attack…
Gautam Gambhir on Tuesday strongly condemned the Pahalgam terror attack on Twitter (earlier Twitter). Gambhir had written on X – Praying for the families of those killed. Those responsible for this will have to pay the price. India will respond. Keep in mind that 26 innocent people lost their lives in this attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, when terrorists opened fire on tourists in Baisaran Valley. This attack is considered to be the most horrific after the Pulwama attack of 2019.
