What were the election results in Haryana?
BJP has performed brilliantly in Haryana this time and scored a hat-trick of victory. BJP has won 48 seats this time, while Congress could win only 37 seats. In this election, the public completely rejected Dushyant Chautala’s Jannayak Janata Party. JJP had formed an alliance with Chandrashekhar’s party ASP. Even after this, neither of them opened an account. Apart from this, Indian National Lok Dal (INLD) performed well this time. The party managed to win two seats. However, Abhay Chautala lost from Ellenabad seat. INLD and BSP had contested the elections together. Even after that BSP could not open its account. Three independent candidates have also won in the state. Among them, Savitri Jindal from Hisar, Devendra Kadyan from Ganaur and Rajesh June from Bahadurgarh have won.
