Indore. Madhya Pradesh CM Mohan Yadav has hit back at SP leader Akhilesh Yadav’s statement on Gaushala. He said that people who find Gaushalas stink, are not fit to live in India. Actually, Akhilesh Yadav had ridiculed the Yogi government for building Gaushalas. He said that they like the stink, while we have built Perfume Park.
Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav on Saturday criticized Samajwadi Party leader Akhilesh Yadav’s remark linking stink and Gaushalas. Mohan Yadav said that such people are not fit to live in India. Speaking to reporters last month in Kannauj, Uttar Pradesh, famous for perfume, former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav ridiculed the Yogi Adityanath government for building Gaushalas across the state.
Taking a dig at the BJP, Akhilesh had said, “They like the smell, while we have built Perfume Park.” Countering his statement, the Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister said cow dung is like the “nectar of life”. With its manure, a few wheat seeds grow into thousands of stalks. Without naming the SP chief, he said, “In a big state like Uttar Pradesh, a person from a family involved in animal husbandry is saying for the sake of votes that he likes the smell of perfume and finds the cowshed smelly.
Mohan Yadav said, “I am sorry to say that if any person living in India finds the cowshed smelly, then he does not have the right to live in this country.” Speaking at the foundation stone laying ceremony of a cowshed of Indore Municipal Corporation, the Madhya Pradesh CM said that people are celebrating children’s birthdays in cowsheds these days. He said what could be a better place than a cowshed. He said cow dung has the ability to cure cancer. Many Ayurvedic medicines are made from cow dung and cow urine.
