Explosion in train in Haryana, many passengers injured

Rohtak: There was chaos in a train running from Rohtak when suddenly there was an explosion in it mid-way. It is being told that this explosion took place in the train as soon as it left Sampla at 4:20. Four passengers were burnt in this incident and four passengers were also injured as passengers jumped from the train in the stampede after the explosion. All were taken to Sampla for treatment. It is being told that this accident happened due to sulphur and potash.

The passengers travelling in the train at the time of the accident told that we boarded the train which left at 4:20 from Rohtak railway station to go to Bahadurgarh. As soon as this train reached Sampla railway station and left for Bahadurgarh, there was a sudden explosion in it as soon as it left Sampla. After this the train caught fire.

With the sound of the explosion, there was a stampede among the passengers sitting in it, in which four passengers were injured due to jumping from the train. It is being reported that about four passengers’ hands and feet were burnt due to the fire in the explosion. The male and female passengers sitting in the compartment in which the fire broke out said that we were sitting on our seats in the train and above the seats where the luggage is kept, someone had kept sulphur, potash and iron tools to sell it on Diwali. Then suddenly it caught fire and the accident happened.
