Chandrababu Naidu number one in terms of property, Pema Khandu number two, know which Chief Minister is how rich in the country

New Delhi. Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister (CM) N Chandrababu Naidu is the richest Chief Minister of India with assets worth more than Rs 931 crore, while West Bengal’s Mamata Banerjee is the CM with less assets with assets worth only Rs 15 lakh. These figures came out in the report of the Association for Democratic Reforms (ADR) released on Monday.

The report said that the average wealth of each Chief Minister of state assemblies and union territories is Rs 52.59 crore. While India’s per capita net national income for 2023-2024 was around Rs 1,85,854. At the same time, the average self-income of a Chief Minister is Rs 13,64,310, which is about 7.3 times the average per capita income of India.

The total assets of 31 Chief Ministers of the country is Rs 1,630 crore. Out of the 31 Chief Ministers of the country, only two are women – Mamata Banerjee of West Bengal and Atishi of Delhi.

The report said that Pema Khandu of Arunachal Pradesh is the second richest Chief Minister with total assets of more than Rs 332 crore. At the same time, Karnataka’s Siddaramaiah is third in the list with assets of more than Rs 51 crore. Similarly, Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah is the second least asset-rich Chief Minister in the list with assets of Rs 55 lakh.

Talking about the Chief Minister of Kerala, Pinarayi Vijayan is the third richest Chief Minister with Rs 118 crore.

Pema Khandu has liabilities of Rs 180 crore

Arunachal CM Pema Khandu has the highest liabilities of Rs 180 crore. The report said that Siddaramaiah has liabilities of Rs 23 crore and Naidu has liabilities of more than Rs 10 crore.

The ADR report also said that 13 (42 per cent) chief ministers have declared criminal cases against themselves, while 10 (32 per cent) have declared serious criminal cases related to attempt to murder, kidnapping, bribery and criminal intimidation.

-Nagaland CM Neiphiu Rio has total assets worth Rs 46 crore. He has liabilities of Rs 8 lakh.

-Madhya Pradesh CM Mohan Yadav has assets worth Rs 42 crore. He has liabilities of Rs 8 crore.

-Jharkhand CM Hemant Soren has assets worth Rs 25 crore and liabilities of Rs 3 crore.

-Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma has assets worth Rs 17 crore and liabilities of Rs 3 crore.

-Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis has assets worth Rs 13 crore and liabilities of Rs 62 lakh.

-Gujarat CM Bhupendra Patel has assets worth Rs 8 crore and liabilities of Rs 1 crore.

-Himachal CM Sukhvinder Sukhu has assets worth Rs 7 crore and liabilities of Rs 22 lakh.

-Haryana CM Nayab Saini has assets worth Rs 5 crore and liabilities of Rs 74 lakh.

-Uttarakhand CM has assets worth Rs 4 crore and liabilities of Rs 47 lakh.

-Chhattisgarh CM Vishnu Dev Sai has assets worth Rs 3 crore and liabilities of Rs 65 lakh.

-Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann has assets worth Rs 1 crore and liabilities of Rs 30 lakh.

-Bihar CM Nitish Kumar has assets worth Rs 1 crore and liabilities of zero.

-UP CM Yogi Adityanath has assets worth Rs 1 crore and liabilities of zero.

-Rajasthan CM Bhajanlal Sharma has assets worth Rs 1 crore and liabilities of Rs 46 lakh.
