‘This kind of hatred has no place in Canada’
CHCC said in its statement, ‘Such hateful acts have no place in Canada.’ He has demanded immediate and strict action from all the governments of Canada and has appealed to all Canadian citizens to unite against hatred.
Gurudwara also targeted
On the other hand, Ross Street Gurudwara in Vancouver, Canada has also been targeted by Khalistan supporters. The supporters wrote Khalistani slogans here. There is resentment among the Sikh community after this incident and a small group of Sikh separatists is being blamed for this.
According to Vancouver media reports, the local police said that an investigation has been started after receiving a complaint of this vandalism at the Gurudwara on Saturday. Vancouver Police Department spokesperson Sergeant Steve Addison said that the police is investigating the slogan written on the Gurudwara.
