Ayodhya: Today is the festival of Ram Navami and the preparations for the celebration in Ayodhya are divine and grand. Ramnagari has drowned in the joy of Lord Shri Ram’s birth anniversary. Along with Ram temple, all the temples of Ayodhya have been decorated with flowers. A large number of devotees are reaching Ayodhya. The grandeur of Ram’s city looks different. The programs of Janmotsav will start from 9.30 am. First of all, Ram Lalla will be anointed.

This is the second Janmotsav in Ram temple. Lord Ram will be adorned for one hour from 10.30 am. After that Prasad will be offered. Ram Lalla will be born at 12 noon. There will be worship-archana-aarti and Surya Tilak in the temple. A trial of Surya Tilak was conducted on Saturday. There will also be a live telecast of Janmotsav. From all the entry gates of Ayodhya to the entire Ram Janmabhoomi complex including Ram temple, the view seems supernatural. As soon as Ramlala is born in Raghukul at 12 noon, the joy will be at its peak.

Birth celebration at 12 noon
Champat Rai, general secretary of Ram Janmabhoomi Tirtha Kshetra Trust, said that Lord Ram will be anointed this morning. Lord will be adorned from 9.30 am to 10.30 am. After that, Prasad will be offered. By then, it will be 12 noon. Lord’s birth celebration will be held at 12 noon on the Navami of Chaitra Shukla. Aarti of the first birth will be performed. 56 types of offerings will be offered to the Lord. An even better work than this will be that Ram Suryavanshi means Lord Ram was born in the Surya dynasty. When Ram is born at 12 noon, Bhuvan Bhaskar Surya will apply a tilak on Ram Lalla’s forehead with his rays. This is called Surya Tilak. This experiment was done last year and was successful.

Sun rays will apply tilak on the forehead for 4 minutes
Rai said that for about 4 minutes, the rays of the sun will be lit on Ramlala’s forehead. It will be telecast live on TV channels. Ram devotees from all over the world will be able to see and enjoy the Surya Tilak at 12 noon. This entire experiment is completely scientific. ISRO scientists have developed it. The event has started with the recitation of 1 lakh mantras in Ram Janmabhoomi temple. Congratulatory songs will also be played. Other programs will be organized in Ram temple including Katha on Angad Tila, Shri Ram Charit Manas and Parayan of Valmiki Ramayana.

Chanting of one lakh Shri Ram mantras
To make this event divine, 10 learned Pandits are chanting one lakh Shri Ram mantras. Along with this, havan is being performed for three hours every day, due to which the entire atmosphere has become devotional and sacred. LED screens have been installed at various places in Ayodhya to reach this historic moment to every devotee. This scene will also be broadcasted live through special LED vans, so that devotees can witness this supernatural moment wherever they are.

Arrangements for devotees
It is summer time, so arrangements for drinking water and pure water have been made. Water bottles have also been arranged for the visiting devotees. Temporary tents have been arranged around Hanumangarhi so that people do not have to stand in the sun. There is shade over their heads. Coolers have also been arranged at various places.

Mats are also being laid everywhere in Ayodhya, so that people do not have trouble standing for long in the heat. Cleanliness arrangements have been continuously made in Ayodhya. The entire Ayodhya has been decorated with decorative life. Ram Navami is the most culturally important festival in Ayodhya.

Due to the crowd, exit gate number 3 will be used. Currently, about 1 lakh devotees are coming every day on Ram Navami. It is estimated that the number of devotees on Ram Navami will be 25 to 30 lakh. Keeping this in mind, good arrangements have been made for the devotees so that they do not face any problems. Measures have also been taken to avoid the heat. The administration has also made extensive security arrangements.
