    Pakistani and Indian clashed in Dubai, the matter reached the court, the judge expelled one of them from the country

    New Delhi. A fight between a Pakistani and an Indian in Dubai escalated so much that the matter reached the court. A 70-year-old Pakistani man is accused of pushing a 34-year-old Indian and making him disabled for life. The court first sentenced the Pakistani to three months in jail and then expelled him from the country. At the same time, the case of the Indian has been transferred to another court for a lesser crime. According to local media reports, there was a fight between the two over parking space.


    The case is of February 8 last year, when an argument between the two immigrants over parking space outside a residential building in the Tecom area of ​​the Emirates turned into a fierce fight. According to Khalil Times, court documents state that the dispute started when the Pakistani man claimed his parking space, while the Indian man wanted to use that space. After a heated argument, the Pakistani man pushed him hard, causing him to fall to the ground and suffer severe injuries.

    Indian disabled for life
    The medical report said that the Indian man’s left leg bone was broken, due to which 50 percent of his leg’s functionality was affected and he became disabled for life. To take revenge, the Indian also allegedly hit the Pakistani on the head, injuring him and bedridden for 20 days. After the incident, officials were called to the spot and both the persons were taken into custody for questioning.

    The court completed the hearing on the basis of forensic reports and witness statements. During the interrogation by the prosecution, the Pakistani man admitted to pushing the Indian man, but claimed that he did it in a fit of anger. The Dubai Criminal Court convicted the Pakistani of attacking and disabling the Indian and sentenced him to three months in jail. Not only this, he was also ordered to be deported after completion of the jail sentence.
