MLA Nirmala Sapre’s membership case will go to court, Congress will present solid evidence

Bhopal: Madhya Pradesh MLA Nirmala Sapre’s membership case will now go to court. Congress has completed its preparations. Actually, it is not being decided which party Nirmala is in. Congress claims that Nirmala Sapre has joined BJP. Whereas, the woman MLA herself has said that she has not taken primary membership of BJP. However, she herself has been seen in BJP programs. Congress had filed a petition before the Assembly Speaker regarding her membership.

But, due to no action being taken on this even after 90 days, now the way is open for Congress to go to court. Congress claims that it has been told from the Assembly Speaker’s office that the documents related to this case have been lost. Congress wants to cancel her membership at any cost. Congress says that the party will present its side in the court with solid evidence. Because, Nirmala Sapre was also seen in the BJP meeting in the state office.

Leader of Opposition Umang Singhar said that we will go to the High Court for Bina MLA Nirmala Sapre. Information has been received from the Speaker of the Assembly that the papers related to this case have been lost. The loss of papers in the Assembly is a ridiculous thing. Nirmala Sapre is doing anti-party activities. We will go to the court to dismiss her membership and expel her from the party.

On the other hand, BJP spokesperson Rajpal Singh Sisodia said that Congress should go wherever it wants. BJP has no problem with this. In democracy, every person has rights. But Congress has neither a leader nor intentions. The leadership of Congress is incompetent. It is not able to manage its own house.
