In Brazil a daughter avenged father’s murder after 25 years, know what was the whole case

New Delhi. The way Gislaine Silva de Deus, a resident of Brazil, fought for justice after the murder of her father is no less than a film story. In 1999, when Gislaine was only 9 years old, her father was brutally murdered by his friend Raymundo Alves Gomes over a dispute of just 20 dollars. This painful incident changed the world of Gislaine’s family. The family started struggling with financial crisis but a vow to get justice for her father was born in the heart of a little girl.

Gislaine’s mother raised her daughters in difficult circumstances and taught them the lesson of morality. But the fire of revenge was burning in Jaslaine’s mind, which she gave the right direction. As per the teachings of her mother, Gislaine chose morality and the right path in life. At the age of 18, Gislaine studied law and clarified the purpose of her life. Gislaine’s aim now was to punish her father’s murderer.

After completing her law studies, Gislaine joined the police force and started working in the department investigating murder cases. Now Gislaine’s aim was to find her father’s murderer Raymundo Alves Gomes. Gomes was absconding for the last 13 years. In 2013, the court convicted Gomes, but he was still out of reach.

Gislaine worked on this mission with patience and commitment for years. Finally, last month she found Gomes’ whereabouts and got him arrested. The court sentenced Gomes to 12 years and in this way Gislaine and her father got justice.

After this entire incident, Gislaine said emotionally, “The resolution I had taken to catch my father’s murderer has been fulfilled today.
