Actor Govinda was shot, was immediately taken to hospital

Mumbai. Shiv Sena leader and film actor Govinda was rushed to a hospital in Mumbai on Tuesday after he accidentally shot himself with his licensed revolver. The actor’s revolver fired and the bullet hit his knee.

The incident took place at 4.45 am when Govinda was preparing to go out and was checking his licensed revolver. He is currently being treated at Mumbai’s Criti Care Hospital.

Police investigating the matter
After the firing, the police reached the spot. The police is now investigating the matter. Police say that Govinda’s gun has been seized and the matter is being investigated in depth. At present, Govinda’s leg has bled a lot, due to which his condition is said to be bad. Seeing his deteriorating condition, he has been admitted to Criti Care Hospital in Andheri.
