After this, this tension also spread to some other areas of the city. Maliwada is a Hindu-dominated area and according to police sources, stone pelting started first from the side of the people living here. Some people have also been injured in this stone pelting, who have been immediately admitted to the hospital.

According to the information received, first there was an argument between the two sides and later it turned into stone pelting. After the stone pelting, cars were also vandalized and set on fire. After this incident, the police reached the spot. During this, the police had to fire tear gas shells to disperse the crowd, after which the crowd decreased a bit. The police is currently investigating whether the stone pelting happened due to the instigation of the people involved in the procession or there is some other reason for it.
