JK Assembly Elections: National Conference releases list of 32 candidates, Omar Abdullah to contest from here

Jammu: National Conference has released a list of 32 candidates for Jammu and Kashmir Assembly elections. Former Chief Minister Omar Abdullah will be the party’s candidate from Ganderbal. NC and Congress have formed an alliance in this election. NC will contest on 50 seats and Congress on 32 seats. At the same time, they will have a friendly fight on 6 seats. That is, both the parties will field their candidates on these seats. Ganderbal is considered a stronghold of National Conference, because three generations of Abdullah family have won from this seat.
