Senior Jail Superintendent Manoj Kumar Arya said that on April 7, on World Health Day, prisoners were examined in a health camp organized inside the jail and 15 of them were found HIV positive. The officer said that a separate barrack has been built for the treatment of these prisoners. He said that there are 1,100 prisoners in Haridwar District Jail. Prisoners have been found HIV positive in the jail earlier also.
